Jesus Himself said there would be many who would do miracles in His name and even cast out demons, but that he does not know them.
Matthew 7:23
Many of the "miracles" in the days of the apostles, were not from God, but from a very cunning source, the Prince of Darkness, who appears as an "angel of light."
2nd Corinthians 11:14
